Food: Testing in accordance with PN EN ISO standards enabling the evaluation of microbial counts, detection of Salmonella spp., enumeration of yeasts and moulds and beta-glucuronidase-positive Escherichia coli et al.
Cosmetics: Microbiological analyses including detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and counts of mesophilic aerobic bacteria, yeasts and moulds.
Performance evaluation of disinfectants
Preliminary performance evaluation of disinfectants to determine the biocidal properties of the products.
Analysis of the activity of compounds and products
Evaluation of the antimicrobial and antifungal activity of compounds of biological or synthetic origin against selected groups or a specific micro-organism by selected methods (e.g. by the disk diffusion or suspension method) and determination of the inhibitory concentration MIC.
Development and testing of preservation systems (including load tests)
Development of an effective preservative system for bio-products. Testing and selection of a suitable preservative in terms of effective preservative action and ageing tests using the methods of EN ISO 11930, Pharmacopoeia, Koko test et al.
Research on gene expression and technology process optimisation
Evaluation of the expression of bacterial genes responsible for the synthesis of biologically active compounds and compounds of industrial importance. Selection of appropriate technology process parameters to achieve high production yields.

Laboratory tests
Laboratory testing
We also carry out advanced physicochemical, biochemical and genetic analyses, which allow us to comprehensively study the quality and properties of samples.
With the use of modern testing methods and advanced laboratory equipment, we guarantee precise results and support at every stage of testing. Our team of experts has many years of experience in the analysis of food, cosmetics, medical devices and other products, providing reliable data in accordance with current standards and market requirements.
Scope of our services
Professional study of the rheology of liquids and gels - viscosity and elastic modulus measurements
- Viscosity measurement – study of dynamic viscosity function as a function of shear. Analysis of material behavior at different shear rates to determine dynamic viscosity.
- Analysis of viscosity at different temperatures (from -5 to 120℃). Study of the effect of temperature on the rheological properties of materials.
- Rheological analysis. Tests for liquids with different flow characteristics, including liquids with shear rate-dependent viscosity.
- Evaluation of the internal structure of materials and their behavior under dynamic loads.
- Measurement of shear storage modulus (G’) and shear loss modulus (G”) by oscillation tests.
- Determination of rheological parameters, i.e. shear stress, shear rate, elastic shear modulus, flow curve.
- Stability testing. Evaluation of viscosity stability of materials under different storage conditions (aging tests).
Quantitative analysis of protein and nitrogen compounds
Determination of protein content and total nitrogen using the Kjeldahl method and spectrophotometric methods.
Quantitative analysis of water-soluble sugars and reducing sugars
Measurement of water-soluble and reducing sugars using colorimetric and spectrophotometric techniques.
Fat analysis by extraction in a Soxhlet apparatus
Determination of fat content through solvent extraction using Soxhlet apparatus.
Determination of glucans
Quantification of α and β glucans.
Physicochemical analysis of samples
Evaluation of physicochemical properties, such as liquid density, pH, salinity, and dry matter content.
Measurement of enzymatic activity / inhibition of enzymes
- Analysis of enzyme activity and inhibition using spectrophotometric and commercially available assay kits.
- Analysis of enzyme kinetics – determination of the Michaelis constant, maximum reaction rate, and the influence of various factors (e.g., pH or temperature) on enzyme activity.
Evaluation of the antioxidant capacity
- Assessment of the sample’s ability to neutralize free radicals (e.g., DPPH, ABTS⁺).
